Captions that follow the meaning, not just the words
On mobile, many videos are watched with the sound off. Montia doesn't just stream words on screen: each caption is a complete idea, cleaned of hesitations, with the word that matters highlighted as it is spoken.
Word-level transcription, corrected by AI
Speech recognition gives each word a timestamp. Montia's editing AI then fixes typical mistakes (brand names, technical terms, homophones) before burning the captions in.
One line = one idea
Text is split into units of meaning (a clause, a short sentence), never between an article and its noun or in the middle of a brand name. Ums, stutters and false starts disappear and punctuation is restored. Only the key word (a number, a name, a strong idea) stands out in colour. Captions hide during full-screen titles so text is never doubled.
SRT file included
Along with the captioned video, you get an .srt file for YouTube or any player: useful for accessibility and for your video's search ranking.
